Horizontal Transfer

Every year in the fall and spring semesters, students are admitted to the program by transfer according to their grade point average or OSYS central placement score. Applications are received online and application documents and quotas are published on the University's website during the application periods. Transfer applications are evaluated and decided first by the Department Board and then by the Faculty Administrative Board according to the principles and principles determined by the Presidency of the Council of Higher Education. In order to be able to transfer to the Program according to the GPA, candidates must first have an average of at least 60 out of 100 (2.29 out of 4). Candidates who will transfer according to the central placement score must meet the base score of the Program for the relevant year. In addition, among the students who will enroll in the Program through transfer, those who meet the base points of 25% or 50% scholarship quotas for the relevant year are provided with the same scholarship opportunity.
